Design-Bid-Build (General Contracting)
Design-Bid-Build is the traditional method of project delivery in which the client directly hires their design professional to fully develop drawings from project conception to construction/permitting phases. CMA’s primary source of clientele has come from this delivery method in both private and public sectors. CMA’s background in architecture and design allows our office to familiarize and understand architectural design intents and to work with a client’s design professional in a productive manner where most General Contractors simply build without considering the overall project intent.
Construction Management
CMA’s Construction Management services consist of a comprehensive range of solutions for construction from a consultation position through project execution. Cost tracking, invoice review, quality control, site coordination, are equally important factors in all project delivery methods however other methods require different parties to handle these responsibilities.
